1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 8svip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the service 8svip, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not legally prohibited from participating in online betting activities
• Registering using another person's accurate, correct and complete
• Has never held an account 8svip that has been previously suspended or closed
• Act on your own behalf only and not as an agent for any third party

8svip carries out an identity verification (KYC) process for all members. You may be required to submit identification documents such as a national ID or passport, proof of address, and payment-related documents for verification purposes. This process is a standard security measure that protects all parties.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account ownership by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and freezing of balances.

3 Account & Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential — including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. 8svip will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.

All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own activity, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by another party using your credentials with or without your authorization.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Do not share your account information with anyone, including family members
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on public devices

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

8svip supports multiple payment methods including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and local bank transfers. All deposits are processed in real time.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 (may vary by payment method)
• Funds are credited to your account immediately upon payment confirmation
• All deposits must use a payment method registered in your own name
• Deposits using another person's bank account or card are not permitted

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General conditions applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated
• Rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal of winnings is permitted
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly exchanged for cash
• Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward wagering requirements
• 8svip reserves the right to void bonuses and related wins if there is evidence of abuse
• Promotions are limited to one account per IP address, device, or household

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the platform 8svip — including Live Casino, Sports Betting, bingo and other games — have specific rules applicable to each game type.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once confirmed by the system
• For Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final provided it is consistent with the applicable game rules
• Sports bets are settled based on the official results from the relevant sports authority
• Technical interruptions or disconnections during gameplay are resolved in accordance with each game provider's specific policy
• 8svip is not responsible for losses arising from outcomes caused by technical issues on the game provider's end

For Sports Betting, matches that are cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or decided by unusual means (e.g., penalty shootout, neutral venue) will be settled in accordance with the rules stated on the Sports Betting page 8svip.

7 Prohibited Member Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorized method to play or identify patterns
• Cheating, manipulation, or any attempt to influence game outcomes
• Using another person's personal information to register or transact
• Transferring funds between accounts as part of money laundering activities
• Any form of collusion between players at the same table to gain an unfair advantage
• Uploading unlawful, threatening, or discriminatory content on the platform
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the system

8svip reserves the right to take action including suspending accounts, freezing balances, and reporting suspected activity to the relevant authorities if there is strong evidence of any of the conduct mentioned above.

8 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 8svip will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or betting results
• Service disruptions caused by technical maintenance or unforeseeable circumstances
• Inaccuracies in information or data obtained from third-party sources
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials

Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. 8svip is solely a platform that provides access to games and betting — the decision to play and the amount wagered are entirely the member's responsibility.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure at member's request:

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team 8svip. Prior to closure, all outstanding rollover requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance may be withdrawn through the normal process.

Closure by 8svip:

8svip reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document
• Confirmed fraud or attempted fraud
• Requirements to comply with legal or regulatory directives
• Activities deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform

10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law
